- Refunds: Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase and with less than 25% completion of the purchased program material. Refunds will be processed minus fees charged by our payment processor. Payment defaults may be sent to collections, which can impact your credit score.

6. Intellectual Property

- Ownership: All content, features, and functionality of Surge, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Surge or its licensors.

- License: Surge grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal or business purposes, subject to these Terms.

- Responsibility: You are solely responsible for any content you create, upload, or share through Surge.

- Rights: By submitting content, you grant Surge a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute your content as necessary to provide the Service.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
